2. Eligibility

You grant PelliBook a non-exclusive, limited licence to host, store, display and use your profile content solely for operating, providing and promoting the PelliBook Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You may request removal of your profile or content subject to applicable legal, security and business requirements.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use PelliBook to:
- Create a fake or misleading profile;
- Impersonate another person;
- Provide false or fraudulent information;
- Harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate another user;
- Publish offensive, unlawful or discriminatory content;
- Attempt to obtain another person's passwords or financial information;
- Request money from another user through deception or fraud;
- Conduct scams or fraudulent activities;
- Use PelliBook for commercial solicitation without permission;
- Promote illegal activities;
- Upload malware or harmful code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform;
- Scrape, copy or systematically collect user information without permission;
- Use another user's information for purposes unrelated to the Services;
- Violate another person's privacy;
- Use PelliBook for unlawful purposes; or
- Circumvent security or access restrictions.
7. User Safety
PelliBook is designed to facilitate introductions between individuals. However, we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, background, character, financial position, marital status or accuracy of information provided by every user.

9. No Guarantee of Marriage or Relationship
PelliBook does not guarantee:
- That you will find a partner;
- That a particular profile will respond to you;
- That a suggested match will be compatible with you;
- That information provided by another user is completely accurate;
- That a relationship will develop;
- That an engagement or marriage will take place; or
- Any particular personal, matrimonial or relationship outcome.
The Services are intended to facilitate introductions and provide matrimonial assistance.
10. Personalised Matrimonial Assistance
Where personalised matrimonial assistance is provided, our role is to support your matrimonial search based on information and preferences provided by you. Our assistance does not constitute legal, financial, psychological, medical or professional relationship advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions regarding any person you meet or communicate with through PelliBook.
11. Communications Between Users
Where PelliBook provides communication features, you are responsible for your interactions with other users. PelliBook does not monitor every communication and cannot guarantee that all communications are appropriate, accurate or safe.
We may review, restrict or investigate communications where reasonably necessary to:
- Protect users;
- Investigate complaints;
- Prevent fraud or abuse;
- Protect the security of the platform;
- Comply with applicable law; or
- Enforce these Terms.
12. Fees and Payments
Certain PelliBook Services may be free while other Services may be subject to fees. Where fees apply, the applicable price, payment terms and any applicable refund or cancellation terms will be communicated before you purchase the relevant Service.

We will not charge you for a paid Service without appropriate notice or authorisation, subject to applicable law. 14. Intellectual Property
The PelliBook name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, content and other materials provided by PelliBook are owned by or licensed to Ammulu Pte. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, reverse engineer or commercially exploit PelliBook's intellectual property without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
PelliBook may use or link to third-party services, payment providers, hosting providers, communication services or other external platforms. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. PelliBook is not responsible for the availability, content, security or practices of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
16. Availability of the Services
We will use reasonable efforts to keep PelliBook available and functioning. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure from every possible threat, or free from technical problems. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons or other operational requirements.
17. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if:
- You breach these Terms;
- You provide false or misleading information;
- We reasonably suspect fraud or abuse;
- Your conduct creates a risk to another user or to PelliBook;
- Your use violates applicable law; or
- Suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the platform or its users.
You may also request closure of your account. Certain information may need to be retained after account closure where required or permitted by law or where reasonably necessary for legitimate business, security or fraud-prevention purposes.
18. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PelliBook provides the Services on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information supplied by users. We are not responsible for the actions, statements, representations or conduct of users outside the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ammulu Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. This may include loss arising from:
- Interactions between users;
- Decisions made based on information contained in user profiles;
- Relationship or matrimonial outcomes;
- Unauthorised conduct by another user;
- Temporary interruption of Services; or
- Third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law.
20. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions and interactions with other users. You agree to use reasonable care when communicating with or meeting individuals introduced through PelliBook. If you provide information about another person to us, you confirm that you are authorised to provide that information and that doing so complies with applicable law.
21. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ammulu Pte. Ltd., its officers, employees, contractors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms or your infringement of another person's rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may notify users through the website, account, email or other appropriate means.
